Shipping
All Phal Pal products are designed, produced, and fulfilled by Laser Inspired LLC in North Carolina.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, unless a different shipping method is selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery time:
- 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on location
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Issues
If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@phalpal.com so we can review the shipment status.
In cases where a package is confirmed lost, we may:
- wait until the carrier claim window is eligible (typically 15 days for USPS), then issue a replacement, or
- provide a refund
Resolution is handled based on the specific situation.
Damaged or Defective Items
Each Phal Pal is inspected prior to shipment and is expected to arrive in proper condition.
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of:
- the shipping packaging
- the product
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund in accordance with this policy.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may be required to resend the package.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- the item is unused
- the item is in its original condition and packaging
Because compatibility depends on the specific mount and configuration selected, product listings should be reviewed carefully prior to ordering.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Wait for return instructions
- Ship the item back as directed
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the return is received.
